Philosophy
If you don't have a plan you are sure to achieve nothing.  That is why I feel it is important to approach strength and conditioning with a plan. Most people would  like to become stronger, better conditioned, lose weight, gain weight or improve their health all under the umbrella of improved fitness.  With that I will follow two tenants of developing fitness 1- break the plane of the door to your fitness facility.  Often times the hardest part of the workout is going to the gym, GO.  2- set goals and develop a plan to achieve them.  The more specific your goals the easier it is to develop a plan to reach them, PLAN.
